Take a look at American billionaire, Robert Mercer, who is a poster boy for libertarian ideology. He sees every individual's value as a measure of their net worth. The precariat - those who have to go from one low wage/no benefits job to the next, living paycheque to paycheque, and hoping to survive the gaps without falling through the cracks - they have absolutely no worth in Robert Mercer's eyes. The Libertarians are essentially Social Darwinists, the very group who would not hesitate to reinstate economic fuedalism. In other words, don't peddle your crap here. The Mound of Soundhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09023839743772372922noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32931256.post-66503560151456876552018-03-27T09:37:24.713-07:002018-03-27T09:37:24.713-07:00Serfdom certainly is the right word for it. Unless we vote Libertarian, and then we might have a chance for freedom.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32931256.post-62838336282950320402018-03-26T18:32:16.319-07:002018-03-26T18:32:16.319-07:00Thanks for the link, Trailblazer. Eventually the blue and white collar workers were herded into the precariat, Morneau's world of "job churn," where, enfeebled by personal and household debt, they were powerless to object. The Mound of Soundhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09023839743772372922noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32931256.post-53867632210764280002018-03-26T15:59:09.409-07:002018-03-26T15:59:09.409-07:00"Job Churn" is already an ongoing realit..."Job Churn" is already an ongoing reality here in the U.S..
Most services employ contract workers, and a lot of government agencies routinely employ temps.Tal Hartsfeldhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05077424958233740898noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32931256.post-60160530915568004342018-03-26T15:17:01.003-07:002018-03-26T15:17:01.003-07:00Personal debt is making most Canadians willing ser...Personal debt is making most Canadians willing serfs.

TBTrailblazerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08065775238162848249noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32931256.post-81826666267487898802018-03-26T10:51:52.140-07:002018-03-26T10:51:52.140-07:00Sure - "servile, servant" = slave
Sure - "servile, servant" = slaveThe Mound of Soundhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09023839743772372922noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32931256.post-91624657803260895872018-03-26T10:48:20.132-07:002018-03-26T10:48:20.132-07:00The origin of the word "service" is &quo...The origin of the word "service" is "slave".

Tobynoreply@blogger.com
