Two British guitar greats, Knopfler and Clapton, playing a 10-minute version of "Sultans" on an open air stage. It doesn't get a lot better than that.

You know if you keep posting people aren't going to believe that you shut down your blog:)

Scruffy Dan, it is good thing that MoS continues to post. Why are you trying to discourage him?

I should add that blogging keeps brain engaged, active and healthy. Also it is good to share your knowledge with others. It is a good deed.

If you're still around MofS, just want you to know I'm delighted that Greenpeace is keeping up the pressure on Ignatieff to slow down/shut down Tar Sands expansion. Sooner or later, he's going to have to give us some details about how he intends to make such development "sustainable". So MofS, have a good holiday, but don't stay away too long.

MoS,you’re still prorogued. Proroguing is unacceptable.

Suncour faces class action
The Canadian Press

CALGARY
Suncor Energy Inc. faces a class action lawsuit from Ontario gas station operators whose franchise agreements were ended following the Calgary energy giant's merger with Petro-Canada last summer.
The suit was filed Tuesday in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice on behalf of 300 Sunoco gas station operators, with Richmond Hill, Ont., retailer TA&K Enterprises Inc. named as the plaintiff.
The suit is seeking damages of up to $200 million.
It follows Suncor's internal announcement last week of its intention to terminate the retailer franchise agreements of all 300 of its independent Sunoco retailers in Ontario.

Does this indicate that Tar Sands Oil is sold in Ontario and not only exclusivly sent to the US?
