HarperLand's View of Organized Labour - They're "Animals"

Harper LabourMin Lisa Raitt apparently got into it with disgruntled Air Canada employees last night at Toronto airport.   Three Air Canada employees apparently greeted Raitt with a round of slow-clapping, saying "Great Job."

Raitt reportedly took exception and asked that the RCMP "arrest these animals."   Then again, they were union members, and in HarperLand that's more than enough to be deemed anti-Canadian.

  1. What is it about these Con females having inappropriate hissy fits in airports? Will Lisa follow Helena into oblivion, or is she too good a lap dog to be dispensed with?

  2. Well, well, well.

Walking through airports, not getting the warm kudo's you might have expected, but at least you have an RCMP escort.

Your lack of composure triggers virtually a national walk-out. Lisa, could you not have engaged the members in at least a civilized discussion and then gone on your merry way?

Animals? Antrimules? Sub-humans? Wow, it won't be long now, you elitist. But what can one expect from a Harper-Con-Stooge?

And you no doubt further catalyzed the drip drip drip of class struggle which is about to hit this country one of these years.

  4. It is disgusting that Harper & Co. give short shrift to Canada's legal obligation as a signatory to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights which enshrines the right of collective bargaining. The right to strike is a fundamental aspect of that overall right and when it is so flagrantly and persistently trampled into the dirt our government stands in breach of Canadians' human rights. Harper yet again shows how his government holds the Canadian people and their rights in abject contempt.
