Calling All Photoshoppers

Indulge me, will ya?   How about you take the two pictures below and modify them somehow.  You might choose to use a different face, maybe some other authoritarian, undemocratic bully.   You might even alter the background.  Just pick a place.  Maybe Ottawa comes to mind.

And then, once you're done, leave a link below so we can gaze at your handiwork.
