McDonald's has a few employee relations problems. They pretty much revolve around the company's preference to pay its workers somewhat less than a living wage. Not a good wage or a decent wage, just a living wage.
But McDonald's isn't heartless about the plight of those who have to work for it, presumably because they can't find anything better. It even has an employees-only web site called McResources to help them find happiness in their rewarding career with the Double Arches. The web site is chock full of dandy ideas and suggestions, some of which are incorporated in this video from the group Low Pay Is Not Okay. Enjoy.
