Danny Williams States the Obvious - We Can't Trust Harper - on TPP or Anything
Former Newfoundland PC premier, Danny Williams, doesn't mince words when it comes to Stephen Joseph Harper. In fact, he thinks the guy is a real snake:
Justin Trudeau can hardly be trusted on the TPP. He has all but come out in support of it. Not even pretending to be against it like Chretien was against NAFTA.
I guess he figures if he brushes up against the fence that will be enough to confuse voters as to his real intentions.
When he gets power, and signs the deal, he will consider it a crowning achievement -- like Obomba, another fake sell-out liberal who fast-tracked the secretive deal in the first place.
Anyong said: My Korean friend let me know that South Korea has abjectly refused to import Canadian beef due to growth hormone. SK has still signed on to the TPP in areas it agrees with. There hasn't been one report of that anywhere in Canadian news that I have seen or heard.
Well, Anon, all I can say is that I'm perfectly prepared to be disappointed by whomever winds up prime minister post October 19. Harper, Mulcair or Trudeau - not one of them has the slightest interest in weaning Canada off free market fundamentalism.
That may be MofS, but all efforts must be made to rid this country of Harper. Market fundamentalism will self destruct on its own, first things first...ABC
