Ding Dong, Christy's Gone.

Sounds like she's getting while the getting's good.  British Columbia's ex-premier, Christy Clark, has resigned as leader of the BC Liberal Party.

Farewell, Christy, and remember that "door/ass" thing on your way out.

  1. I thought she was going to stay and make life difficult for Horgan & crew. It makes one wonder what she knows that we don't. Does she have another job on offer?

    1. There's major calls to investigate the Liberal Party's corruption in BC,

There's evidence of Pay for Play, the use of public offices for the enrichment of Party Insiders, the looting of BC Hydro, and of course, Regulatory Capture.

  2. She resigned her seat as well. That is very surprising, but it leaves the door open to a non-MLA leadership candidate to contest it. And I bet every BC politics reporter is trying to ask Kevin Falcon that question.

  3. And in other Friday departures, the orange shitgibbon announced that Reince Priebus is gone, to be replaced by Gen. Kelly. The guy's got more generals and banksters on his staff than the average tin-pot dictator.

    1. Yup, and Kelly's the DHS head, so that's gonna stay vacant a long time,

Scaramooch now has a new back to stab,

Meanwhile, back in NYC, The Mooch's wife's filed for divorce, over Hair Twitler.

  5. @ Mound and Dana.
I would like to believe that Jay Farquharson is correct ( particularly since he likes dogs) in that there will be some investigation into Liberal wrong doings.
The new NDP Government have lots of ammunition to shame the Liberals for a generation but will they take up the task?
If they don't at least attempt some disclosure of Liberal misdeeds then I will have little confidence anything will really change.
