Mound, I am still not convinced, they will gain but only just - gerrymandering and voter suppression will do the job for the repugs. But in the meantime we can still hope that the Dems don't fuck it up by rejecting good policies from the left and relying on the shiny corporate faces that don't work. Just remember the Dems still need corporate money (or so they think) to run campaigns.
Ben it is a very long way between now and next November. If the Dems stay with the Pelosi/Schumer crowd, the duds, they could be trounced again. If they can't re-invent themselves, establish some core relevance, they will have squandered a huge opportunity.
Republican; Democrat!! Two sides of the bought for government of the USA. The big difference between Trump and the ( I will not go away) Clintonistas is that war would have come sooner with the Clinton influence.
Repulsive fuckers all of them. We are debating which chamber of the gun we will use to kill ourselves.
Your frequently repeated claim that Clinton would have led America into a war is unsubstantiated hokum. Without some credible justification that's nonsense. Who says? Based on what?
If it looks like the Democracts are win big, expect an explosion of sexual harassment and sexual assault accusations against Democract politicians, it's an easy way to take out a democrat with their zero tolerance policy on sexual accusations. Not even just the male politicians.
I love it when a ray of hope appears, Mound.

ReplyDeleteWhen you defend the indefensible you eventually have to pay the piper.

ReplyDeleteThe Republicans do seem intent on blasting holes in their feet, Owen. That's not to say the Dems will find the courage to capitalize on it.
