White House economic advisor, Kevin Hassett, knows a thing or two. For starters, he knows that he's still getting paid while nearly a million federal employees are not. He also knows that those unpaid employees are actually better off. Really, they've never had it so good.
Let me see. Where did I put that guillotine?
Our Mr. Hassett should try asking one of those unpaid employees if he could, maybe, "borrow a little money from" them, or if one of them might, perhaps, "buy him a meal" in a restaurant (of his choice).

ReplyDeleteBetween his callous remarks and that shit-eating grin, Tal, I think this joker should be taken out behind the barn and, well, you know.
"I voted for him, and he's the one who's doing this," Crystal Minton told The New York Times in an article published Monday. "I thought he was going to do good things. He's not hurting the people he needs to be hurting."

Kkkonservatism in a nutshell.
For the ReThugs it’s a win-win. They don’t believe in “Government” or “governing” anymore. They believe in the New Aristocracy.
If the removal of job security and wage security make people less willing to take Government jobs, and if contract employees, ( janitors, cooks, etc) get completely screwed out of their wages, even better, because most of “them” are POC,
Makes it easier to as Newt once dreamed, to “drown it in the bath water”.
ReplyDeleteYeah, I saw that item Jay. She wanted somebody hurt. Trump was supposed to be her punisher. Instead it's her tits in the wringer and she's howling.
The line you attribute to Newt, I think that was Grover Norquist, every bit as odious as Newt.
Yup, her “economic anxiety” is showing, just like Yellow Vests,
ReplyDeleteAnd you are right, Grover the malignant meatpuppet is the author of “Starve the Beast”.
I love reading your articles. Thank you very much. Write more.
ReplyDeleteThe Dems are such weasels and empty husks. All of them voted to beef up border fencing in the past. Now they reject Trump out of spite. He's asking for a lousy $5.6B to get the ball rolling. The Dems offer $1 in return. Who's being unreasonable here?
ReplyDeleteWhat does The Resistance stand for? Allowing "undocumented citizens" to work under-the-table stealing factory jobs from Americans? Allowing undocumented servants to be maids and nannies in their uptown condos? Cramming their inner-city ghettos with millions of Latino newcomers on the hook to coyotes which is sure to erupt in fiercer gang violence? Why not? All the better for private prison stocks!
What is the goal of these free-trade globalists so irate over Trump tearing up "terrible trade deals"? Their private position, in any case, is "hemispheric open borders." This would now appear to be their public position as well. (How often do those stars ever align?)
Their moral bigotry is so absurd. It's founded on a big fat nothing rotten with corruption.
THEY are the systemic racists. THEY are the ones who pretend to represent workers and the people but never do.
Yet these Great Dem lawyer-politicians always end up very-well compensated for the big fat nothings they bring to the people. But it's not the people showering money on them, that's for sure.
Very useful information for people, I think this is what everyone needs.
ReplyDeleteAnon, you total dipshit, ask yourself just one question. Why, when they had control of the House and the Senate and the White House for the past two years, and servile leaders (McConnell and Ryan) in both houses, did the Republicans not fund Trump's wall?
ReplyDeleteYou're sounding like a troll, pal. Bugger off.
Trolls gotta troll,
ReplyDelete“As Donald Trump’s presidency ends its second year, the US has failed to spend most of the money already allocated for a wall on the Mexico border or build a single foot of new wall there.”
“Trump’s administration has so far spent just 6% of the $1.6 billion allocated for any physical barrier upgrades on the southern border in the fiscal 2017 and 2018 budgets, according to calculations by Senate Democrats, including Patrick Leahy of Vermont:”

Given the number of trolls showing up of late, one would almost suspect that the Russians and their western useful idiots are warming up their games for the 2019 Election.
ReplyDeleteI think your last point is right, Jay. The Return of the Trolls is upon us.
Nothing but an ignorant so-and-so!
ReplyDeleteOMG what a smarmy mofo douchebag this Hassett character is..
ReplyDeleteNot surprised about Trump.
ReplyDeleteThis is very useful information for me. Thank you very much!
ReplyDeleteThank you for this post. You inspired me.
ReplyDeleteA very good article. Thanks to the author. It is very important to support and help students.
ReplyDeleteHi! What an intriguing post with lots of helpful facts. It's obvious that problems exist in every country in a different amount. Let's talk about writing services. The education system isn't good enough. Many students aren't able to finish all their papers on time so they apply to the different writing services like exclusive papers that help to solve their problems.
