Peter MacKay seems poised to be the next leader of the Conservative Party.
As he tries to erase his lasting shame for having betrayed the Progressive Conservatives,
MacKay has attracted $3.1 million in donations. No, not in a day, not in a week, in total. $3.1 million. His nearest rival, Erin O'Toole, trails by some $600,000.
Still Peter could use a little help to top up his coffers. Is Karl Heinz Schreiber back on the streets yet? And what about Airbus? They used to be pretty good with handing money around.
Who cares ... really?
ReplyDeleteI can't see a whiff of diff between McTool and O'kay
In policy or appeal
(though, I agree McKay's skeletons will haunt him if he succeeds)
What about this?
"The countdown is on! Two weeks left to become a voting member.
Join before Sept 3 to have your say on who becomes the Green Party of Canada's next leader!
"
I'll be voting NPoV although I find the candidates and the party today not very inspiring.
ReplyDeleteDon't look to either potato pete or the old tool for policy. Look to the evangelicals and what their demands are for support.
