Jesus' Numbers Are Holding

 A Gallup poll has found that 46% of Americans believe that the world was created by their god less than 10,000 years ago.   That's 1 point above the statistical average for the past thirty years.  Factor in those who believe their god has guided evolution, 32%, and god emerges as the solid winner.   Only 15% believe evolution occured all on its own.   Among Republicans, 58% believe in hard core creationism.

Which possibly explains why these Texans are delighted that Jesus created a portrait of himself in mold in their shower stall.
