Scooter Libby has a reservation at the GreyBar Hotel. In a unanimous decision, a US Federal Appeals Court dismissed I. Lewis Libby's appeal to put enforcement of his conviction on hold.
No word yet on when Libby may meet Bubba in the padlocked condo but he's already been given his number: 28301-016.
Pundits say this latest setback will really crank the heat up on George w. Bush to speed up Libby's pardon.
