This Isn't Terrorism, It's Civil War

The venerable Times of London is reporting that upwards of 150 people have been kidnapped from Iraq's Ministry of Higher Education in Baghdad. The report says a convoy of 40 new, camouflaged pickup trucks surrounded the ministry office and hauled away the 150 Sunnis. About 80 gunmen, dressed as police commandos, pulled off the raid.
