Condosleazy Rice has always been George w. Bush's girl, no question about it. She has toed the Bushie line, somehow even managing to keep a straight face throughout. Remember her "mushroom cloud" gag? That was priceless! That's why it was strange to learn that Connie can sometimes be utterly juvenile in public as she showed during a recent visit to Spain.
Connie had been openly critical of Spain's foreign minister for recently visiting Fidel in Havana without also meeting Cuban dissidents. The Spanish reacted coldly to her chastisement. That led Connie to fly to Madrid to break the ice.
Rice met with the Spanish foreign minister, Miguel Angel Moratinos. Afterward the two met with reporters and it was then that Connie let loose. From the Washington Post:

...when Moratinos defended the Spanish approach of engagement with the Cuban government and suggested that eventually Rice would see the method's merit, Rice rolled her eyes and turned to U.S. reporters and silently mouthed, "Don't hold your breath."
Let's see, she's in Spain, a guest of that government, representing the United States of America, and she manages to act like a spoiled 12-year old. Connie, it's time you started updating your resume. You just made a mess in your diplomatic diaper.
