Fortunately, Lorne, courts now refuse to enforce those covenants as being against "public policy." The American example reveals how, when social cohesion fractures, it can lead to a revival of racism and bigotry of all descriptions. A clue to the storyline that Trump and his rulers (ie. Bannon et al) are keen on filling the gap between 1933 when the Fascists lost grip in North America and now. The Nazis didn't lose. They just took a breather.
"America First" was the organization associated with Charles Lindbergh, formed to pressure Roosevelt to keep the US from entering WWII against Germany.
