I kind of mocked this idea the other day by suggesting it would lead to Winnipeg Wetbacks dodging Portage & Main by sneaking into Mexico.

I've blogged a bit about it, if you're looking for more info. I haven't been able to keep up on it as much as I'd like. It's a huge issue and ultimately connected to the SPP and NAU.
