Remember the race riots last year where Sydney's Cronulla Beach was turned into a zone where young white men began attacking anyone who even looked Middle Eastern? What a difference a year makes.
Tolerance and reconciliation have replaced racial tension on Cronulla which has just turned out Australia's first Mulsim lifeguards. 17-men and women received the bronze medallions that qualify them to patrol the beaches and hit the surf to save lives.
In keeping with Islam, women still have to cover up. That's led to the introduction of the Burqini shown here.
