At Least We'll Be Able to Watch

Google Earth has introduced a technology what will allow us to watch and measure the environmental savaging of our planet due to global warming.  Yippee.

Yale Environment 360 reports Google's project uses 25-years of satellite data incorporating "trillions of scientific measurements" recorded by NASA's LANDSAT satellite system.  Google plans to make available 20 million CPU hours free to developing nations and scientific organizations to access the system.

Maybe, just maybe, this will force the climate cretins who form the Harper government to face reality.
