Tired of Global Warming? Switch Papers.

The reports about global warming can be a bit much. The problem seems to be so big and, well, global. We're going to have to make real, sometimes painful sacrifices in the way we do things, how we live. Even then, the problem isn't going to get better for decades, maybe even centuries. It's all too much, right?

Well if you feel it really is all too much, why not just pick up a different newspaper? Try switching to the National Post, the global warming deniers' paper, or even the Sun chain. They'll drag out any hack they can find, especially the Big Tobacco/Big Oil science brigade, to critique uppity outfits like the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change.

By the time you're finished reading these rags, er papers, the whole global warming thing will be just another conspiracy theory. There's no such thing as global warming, no greenhouse gas crisis. Just natural fluctuations being made into a big bugaboo by a bunch of well, sheesh, climatologists who see themselves on a roll. Now, go right out and fill up that SUV. Big Oil and CanWest thank you for it.
