For Some, It's Much More Than Collective Bargaining

We're all aware that collective bargaining is under fierce assault by the radical right in America.   I had collective representation, in one form or another, for almost all of my working life.  That ranged from unions and guilds to professional associations and societies.   In their way, they were all variations on the same theme.

But to some, collective bargaining has an extra dimension.    For American blacks it was a vehicle to overcome institutional racism and discrimination.  That's why Color of Change has instituted a campaign in defence of collective bargaining.  You can give them a hand by signing their petition here.
