A Running Tab - Trump Follies

It's getting hard to keep straight the accounts being levelled at Donald Trump by women who say he took sexual liberties with them.  To this end, Slate.com is going to maintain a running tally.

Trump spent this morning at a campaign rally apparently devoted almost entirely to denying his accusers' allegations and divining a Clinton conspiracy behind them. Not entirely sure that's the best use for the Republican nominee's time with the election less than a month away.

Amazing timing these women have. I will believe when evidence is provided and Trump is convicted. I'm no supporter of Trump's, if I was American I'd vote Hillary, and feel damned for it, but all of this reeks of the dirtiest politics, the release of that tape was perfectly time to distract from Hillary's email scandal.

Not that I'm okay with Trump throwing unproven rape allegations against Bill Clinton.

This whole election lives in sickened.

I'd pick the leaders of any of Canada's 5 main parties and most of the fringe parties, before I'd pick Hillary or Trump.

Seriously the 2015 Canada election felt like a gathering of Care Bears compared to what's going on in America.

Yes, if nothing else, Gyor, it does give us occasion to be grateful for what we have and for what we don't have. I'm old enough that I can recall every presidential campaign going back to Nixon/Kennedy but there's never been anything remotely like this dark farce.

What I don't get, Cap, is the idea that Trump is going to spend most of the final month of his presidential campaign revisiting images of him groping young women. It seems as though Hillary & Co. have derailed Trump's campaign.

Yup, and no amount of "but Bill Clinton did much worse" is going to help. Not when Trump and his paedo buddy Jeff Epstein have been ordered to appear on December 16 in New York district court in what appears to be a case management hearing in a civil suit. A woman is suing Trump for allegedly tying her to a bed, ripping off her clothes and raping her when she was 13. Even if the claim is utter BS, it's too bad the court date wasn't between now and November 8.
