Maybe Rahim Jaffer's Still Available - Prentice Resigns

The median IQ of the Harper cabinet took a beating today with the announcement that EnviroMin Jim Prentice has cinched a top spot at Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce.  Of course the environment portfolio in a Harper administration is about as close as one can get to being a minister without portfolio.  I'm guessing that Prentice just got tired of filling his days folding paper airplanes.

So there'll be a by-election in Alberta.   Wonder what that Jaffer guy's doing?

Well that explains it On a day where all stocks in all markets are going up, my CIBC stock price is down 7 cents for the day on 1.62 million shares when the average volume is 260,000 shares.

LOL, Minister without portfolio!

At least he listened and followed the advise of his departmental bureaucrats and saved Fish Lake as his swan song.
