Legislator (Female) Wants Jail Time for Rape Victims Who Abort

This is sicker than sick.   A Republican state state representative has introduced a bill that would make it a crime for a rape victim who becomes pregnant to then have an abortion.

Representative Cathrynn Brown's position is that the womb is a crime scene and the fetus must be preserved as evidence.   If the victim aborts she's tampering with evidence which would constitute a third-degree felony punishable by three years in prison.

Brown said in a statement that the legislation is intended to strengthen prosecution against rapists and prevent them from pressuring women who they have violently impregnated to have an abortion.

“New Mexico needs to strengthen its laws to deter sex offenders,” said Brown. “By adding this law in New Mexico, we can help to protect women across our state.”

You know, NASA is looking for volunteers for a manned mission to Mars.   Why not put Cathrynn Brown in the crew?

Unbelievable! Her brain organ should be disassembled and reverse engineered. Or perhaps the stupidity gene could be discovered in her DNA.
