Gandolfini, Dead at 51
HBO has confirmed that actor James Gandolfini has died. Gandolfini, best known for his role as gangster Tony Soprano, died while traveling in Italy. He was 51.

I never saw a single episode of The Sopranos, but I really liked Gandolfini as Bear in Get Shorty. I'm sorry he is gone.
I was a big fan of both Gandolfini and The Sopranos. What a loss.
Yeah, a talented guy to be sure. I can't think of a role he played that was disappointing.
51. I somehow thought him much older. Massive heart attack apparently felled him. Very sad.
