Bristol, England's Neighbourhood Partnership is a compassionate, well-intentioned bunch of activists. They were incensed by anglers fishing at a pond in St. George park. Their concern was over wildlife being harmed by fishing line and hooks. They took their outrage to Bristol council.
The solution? Remove the fish and destroy them. Sort of like a "scorched pond" policy to deter anglers.
Well, that should certainly help the wildlife.
