Animals. They're Nothing But Animals.

Recent revelations that the Trump administration doesn't know how many thousand migrant children it might have separated from their parents or even where they wound up were shocking enough. But the Trumpsters showed they're not even ashamed of their disgraceful abuse of these kids.

When the American Civil Liberties Union moved to intervene, the Trump administration doubled down:
The Trump administration says it would require extraordinary effort to reunite what may be thousands of migrant children who have been separated from their parents and, even if it could, the children would likely be emotionally harmed.
Jonathan White, who leads the Health and Human Services Department’s efforts to reunite migrant children with their parents, said removing children from “sponsor” homes to rejoin their parents “would present grave child welfare concerns.” He said the government should focus on reuniting children currently in its custody, not those who have already been released to sponsors.
Ann Maxwell, Health and Human Services’ assistant inspector general for evaluations, said last month that the number of separated children was certainly larger than the 2,737 listed by the government in court documents. The department’s inspector general report didn’t have a precise count, but Maxwell said staff estimated it to be in the thousands.
“The Trump administration’s response is a shocking concession that it can’t easily find thousands of children it ripped from parents, and doesn’t even think it’s worth the time to locate each of them,” said Lee Gelernt, the lead ACLU attorney.

The cruelty is deliberate, it’s supposed to be a deterrent.

They are also selling the children.

If the US had signed on to the ICC there would be well over 55,000 Americans with warrants out on their asses for International crimes such as child trafficking .

The modern rule of thumb with conservatives is that every accusation, is projection and a confession.

Obama doesn't know and Trudeau doesn't know neither. Perhaps no one knows and no one cares beyond the political theatre.

This is why MLK became disillusioned shortly before his untimely death. He told his close friend Harry Belafonte, he felt integrating into the Democrat party was like integrating into a burning building.

Hippies and New Liberals were happy to march arm in arm at the end of the struggle and pose for the photo op. But otherwise they weren't willing to lift a finger to undo the damage they and their forebears had done.

Like I said, no one knows and no one cares beyond the political theatre. (All the world's a stage. All the world's a fiction. All the world's a lie.)

“Nevertheless, the report lays out ample obvious examples of how Facebook and Twitter were both used to discourage turnout. In some cases, the trolls tried to mislead people into texting their votes. In others, they encouraged Americans to vote for third-party candidates like Jill Stein or give up on voting all together, with messages that read “F*CK THE ELECTIONS.”
