The Council of Canadians has released a report on "How Canadians bought a climate killing pipeline." The report was prepared by Gordon Laxer, political economist and professor emeritus at the University of Alberta. For those not in the mood for reading, Laxer has produced a truncated video:

Most disingenuous assumption. Pipelines are safer than rail and truck oil transport with lower emissions. And THAT is not a deflexion but just the facts!!
