The Council of Canadians has released a report on "How Canadians bought a climate killing pipeline." The report was prepared by Gordon Laxer, political economist and professor emeritus at the University of Alberta. For those not in the mood for reading, Laxer has produced a truncated video:
Thanks, Mound. Let Trudeau's reflexive defenders chew on that.
Most disingenuous assumption. Pipelines are safer than rail and truck oil transport with lower emissions. And THAT is not a deflexion but just the facts!! Carbon tax in Alberta has funded green energy, including dry extraction that gets rid of tailing ponds plus lowers emissions by 40% https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/edmonton/in-pit-extraction-process-cnrl-1.4788480
Right, Kitt, you've got her all fixed up, clean and simple. What are you going to do with the orphan wells and those tailing ponds? But, by all means, do change the subject. I'm sorry to call 'bullshit' on you pal but, well, bullshit.
5:29...I suppose you live Alberta?
