And Les Paul any one?
And, because I got his autobio for my birthday (thank you), an all time favourite Shocking Pink -
And, as for Les Paul and Mary Ford - How High the Moon
Or Jeff Beck and Imelda May:
And for the newly departed, Mike Wolfe, just a bit of Bootsy:

Thanks for the link, Anon. I'm a big fan of Knopfler/Dire Straits. When I finished my last exam, I hopped into my brand new VW Rabbit (first new car I ever owned) and headed to Vancouver to begin articling. It was a tough, four day drive but it seems as I went from province to province I could always find "Sultans of Swing" playing on some station. That song kept me going.
Hey, Sal. Yeah, it's comfort music to my ears. That said, I like quite a few of today's new artists and a lot of really old stuff too. Delta and Chicago blues in particular. I got Buddy Guy's 2-disk "Rhythm & Blues" anthology for my birthday and I'm just cruising my way through that. The man's guitar is awesome.
Wait, I used the word "awesome." Am I not required to complete that with the word "dude"?
