Global Weirding, the Canada Day Edition.

Relax, it's not another campground getting whacked by a tornado. It didn't even happen in Canada. Try Mexico.

In Guadalajara residents got a shock as they greeted the first day of July - hail, lots of hail, two metres deep.
A freak hail storm has struck Guadalajara, one of Mexico’s most populous cities, burying vehicles in a deluge of ice pellets up to two metres deep.
“I’ve never seen such scenes in Guadalajara,” said the state governor, Enrique Alfaro.

I'm waiting for blocks of ice the size of cows to start dropping out of the sky in Alberta.
