From personal knowledge, depression is a nasty ailment. It often targets those intelligent enough to see past the conventional social facade, especially those who can translate this understanding into humour in order to enlighten the rest of us. Managing depression is a constant battle. It hurts all of us when we lose another valuable, insightful intellect. For the rest of us struggling with similar problems, I hope his life gives us the courage to keep going and to make a difference.
